Shipping:
Gift Basket Promotions ships to all 50 states. We do not ship to U.S. territories or other countries. We cannot ship to PO Boxes. For food gift baskets shipped to Alaska or Hawaii, you must select Next Business Day shipping. When ordering a gift basket for delivery to Alaska or Hawaii, please allow extra time for delivery. .

All orders received by 10 A.M. CDT weekdays are usually shipped out the same business day unless otherwise noted. The time of day your order is placed, method of delivery selected, weather conditions, location of recipient, holidays, occasional delays by carriers plus incorrect or incomplete street addresses, apartment and suite numbers, telephone numbers and zip codes can all delay the delivery of your gift. We do everything possible to expedite your gift basket order, however we cannot guarantee specific times or dates of arrival.

Gift Basket Promotions employs the major shipping carriers to deliver our baskets. Please provide the complete physical address information on ALL orders. Also, please double check to make sure that your address information is correct (especially the zip code)!

All our carriers can charge up to a $20 re-routing fee due to an incorrect or incomplete address. GiftBasketPromotions.com reserves the right to pass that additional charge on to you when this occurs. You will be notified by e-mail if you have incurred a re-routing fee. If you discover that your address is incorrect and needs to be re-routed after placing your order, you will be charged for the additional fee.

All Gift Basket Promotions gift baskets are sent by FREE Ground Shipping (2 to 7 days), unless you need your gift sooner. Two-Day Air and Next Day Air are available. Please call us at 316.729.8079 or 866.244.2983 for additional shipping charges. With the volume of packages that our carriers deliver each day it is possible that your gift may not arrive within the expected timeframe. This is an unfortunate occurrence, however, we cannot provide any guarantee based upon another company's performance - we hope you understand.

At Gift Basket Promotions, we strive to satisfy our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or gift, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. We do not give refunds, unless it is an extreme case. However, we will do everything possible to exchange your order for another gift basket of equal or lesser value, once the original basket is returned. Baskets containing food items are NOT eligible for refund or exchange. We do not return shipping charges. If you wish to return a item for exchange or refund, contact us at 316.729.8079 or 866.244.2983. It must be returned in original box and closed securely.

We are NOT responsible for undeliverable packages. Incorrect or outdated addresses, zip codes, suite #'s, apt #'s and phone #'s resulting in lost, discarded or packages being delivered to unintended recipients.

Carriers may or may not leave the package at the door. It is completely up to the driver's discretion to determine whether or not a signature is required. If the driver feels it is best to obtain a signature, and no one is present to accept the delivery after three attempts, the package is deemed undeliverable.

Gifts Sent to Businesses
Carriers deliver packages to a shipping dock, receiving department or front desk. It is up to the busy staff to take the package to the recipient within the business. We are not responsible if the business is closed, loses or misplaces the package or if the business fails to deliver the package to an individual recipient within the business. For your own protection, we suggest that you seriously consider sending your gift to the recipient's home address and let them enjoy their gift there.

Gift Sent to Hospitals or Hotels
We DO NOT encourage shipment of gifts to hospitals or hotels because most gifts sent to hospitals or hotels arrive after patients have been dismissed or guests have checked out.

Packages shipped to these locations are normally delivered to a general receiving dock, specified delivery area or department, not to individual recipients within. It then becomes the burdensome task for the busy staff to take the packages to the individual recipients. Many times, unfortunately, this does not get done.

Should you elect to ship to a hospital or hotel, please be absolutely certain that the recipient will still be in the hospital or hotel when your gift arrives. Hospitals and hotels do not forward mail or return mail to the sender.

Gift Basket Promotions will not refund or replace gifts delivered to hospitals and hotels. Claims for orders lost or misplaced within hospitals or hotels, failure of the hospital or hotel staff to deliver the gift to the patients or guest, or gifts arriving after a patient or guest has been dismissed or checked out will not be honored.

We encourage you to consider sending your gift to the recipient's home address and let them enjoy their gift at home.

Holiday Deadlines
During the busy holiday season, we will post a suggested final date to place orders corresponding to the different delivery methods. This information comes from our carriers and is NO GUARANTEE that your gift will arrive in time for that particular holiday. In order to avoid disappointment, we suggest that you place your order well in advance of the deadline. Thank you for your understanding.

Payment Options
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards. These credit card payments are processed via PayPal. Once your order is placed, you will receive two emails from us. The first is a credit card receipt, the second is your order confirmation. If you do not receive two emails, this means your order was not successfully completed and your order may not ship or your order may be delayed.

Corporate Orders
Corporate discounts are available for orders of 20 or more gift baskets. Dependent upon the amount of gift baskets ordered, discounts vary.

Substitutions
Changes are constantly made to our inventory based on product and seasonal availability. Therefore, substitutions may be made for products with equal or greater value. When making substitutions, we will ensure that every measure is taken to ensure the highest quality and the most professional taste. Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

Gift Baskets containing chocolates will be substituted with products of equal or greater value between the months of May and October. This is to maintain the highest quality standards for our customers based on seasonal availability.

Sales Tax
Any item shipped to a Kansas address will be charged sales tax of 7.3%.

Food Allergy Notice
While GiftBasketPromotions.com and its suppliers make every effort to ensure that only the ingredients shown are included in your gifts, it is very likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain or dairy products. If the recipient or others that might consume the gifts are highly allergic to common food products -- for their safety we request that you order one of our non-food gifts.
